  • What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • When will I receive my order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.

You should receive your order within 1-3 business days in UK. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

Standard Delivery: Please note that our standard delivery times (1-3 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Ebru Evrim LTD and our courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to; extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.

 Same Day Delivery: When ordering with same day delivery you will receive your order the same day provided your order is complete before the cut off time. If placed after the cut off time, you will receive your order the following day.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns delivery times may be longer than usual. 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

From time to time, packages can take longer than usual to arrive at their destination. If you have not received your order yet

Please contact us here. We will track your item and get back to you as soon as possible.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We work hard to get orders packed and shipped for our customers quickly. If we are able to catch your order before it ships we are happy to cancel the original order and make any changes necessary with a new order! We can't guarantee we will be able to but will do everything we can to help. 

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

We understand that clothing sizes across different brands may fit differently. In order to help you select the best size, please view the sizing chart here.
